Writing clear policy and procedures
No matter how complex your processes or procedures, our workshop shows you how to plan and write effective policies, processes and procedures. It includes modules on how to structure and present procedural documents, identify and connect different information types, and apply information design.
Make sure your business emails are acted on and are not lost in the Inbox. This workshop includes steps to write emails effectively and with the right tone. Strategies to overcome email exasperation are also covered. Participants need to bring examples of several emails to the workshop.
Writing executive summaries
A clear, sharp executive summary is essential for managers in any business or large organisation. Our workshop covers steps to write persuasive and clear arguments or proposals. Other topics covered are summarising information and information flow. Participants work on their own material during the workshop.
